Detailed Description

Cuiksuite includes a set of scripts to facilitate the us of the CuikSuite applications.

These scripts are

• installDependenciesLinux List of steps to install the CuikSuite under Linux.
• installDependenciesMac List of steps to install the CuikSuite under Mac OS X.
• cuikmpi Executes cuik in parallel in a computer with several cores.
• rmpicuik Automates the execution of cuik in a cluster of computers. This scripts is taylored for our in-house grid but can be easily adapted to be used in other environments.
• testgrid Checks if all the computers in the cluster are up and ready to be used.
• rkillcuik Aborts a execution of cuik already running on our in-house cluster.
• cuikmove To interactively move mechanisms (without taking into account the loop closure constraints) .
• cuikexplore To interactively move mechanisms (taking into account the loop closure constraints).
• cuikplayer To browse solution sets.
• RSSChain_can List of command to obtain one of the results in the RSS-11 paper .
• RSSChain_setrill List of command to obtain one of the results in the RSS-11 paper.
• RSSChain_tornavis List of command to obtain one of the results in the RSS-11 paper.
