Detailed Description

Cuiksuite includes a set of scripts to facilitate the us of the CuikSuite applications.

These scripts are to be adjusted to fit your local configuration. In particular you have to set include the name of the machines in your grid in the share/machines.LINUX file using the open MPI syntax.

These scripts are

• rmpicuik Automates the execution of cuik in a cluster of computers. This scripts is taylored for our in-house grid but can be easily adapted to be used in other environments.

• testgrid Checks if all the computers in the cluster are up and ready to be used.

• rkillcuik Aborts a execution of cuik already running the cluster.

• cuiksolve Concatenates applications from a world file, to the equation generation, and to solving. The result is a sol file ready to be plotted or animated.

• cuikplayer Directly connects the cuikplay application and the geomview player so that solutions can be interactively animated.
